Sales Tax

We collect sales tax in California. Orders shipped to this state will have sales tax automatically added to the order total.

Processing an Order

Your order of in-stock merchandise will be shipped within 1-3 business days after order placement. Orders which include full size fence panels will be held and shipped by Yellow Freight. All other orders ship UPS.

Live plant orders will only be shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays. Please account for weekends and holidays when estimating delivery dates. Plants should not sit in a box more than 3 days. You may select Ground shipping for the west coast. You must select 2nd Day or 3 Day select for plant shipping anywhere else. We will NOT be responsible for plants arriving dead that have been shipped UPS Ground except to the west coast. When you get the plants, remove immediatly from the box and plant. If planting in full sun, cover plant to provide full shade for at least 3 weeks. Mulch and water every day.

If your order is not shipped within 30 days then you will have the option to cancel.

How to Change Your Order

We process your orders very quickly. If you find that you have made an error in your order, please notify us immediately by e-mailing us at the following e-mail address. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct it. However, if the merchandise has already been shipped, we will be unable to modify any portion of your order.

Promotional Mailings

We may notify you infrequently of any upcoming promotions, product additions or discount specials that may interest you. If you do not wish to receive these notifications, please make sure to check the box that reads: “Check this box if you do not wish to receive special promotional mailings”. If for some reason you forget to do this you can have us remove you from our mailing list by e-mailing us at our customer service e-mail address. Damage or Defects

If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise contact our customer service department within 3 days of receipt of goods. No warranty is offered beyond 3 days. To receive a credit for damaged merchandise, a picture (digital or otherwise) must be sent to Bamboo4Sale.com with a request for credit and an explanation. Bamboo products in containers may sometimes mold. Bamboo4Sale.com is not liable for small isolated spots of mold. It can easily be revmoved with a heavily diluted bleach solution. It should be noted here that Bamboo is a natural product and slight variations of color can be expected. The smaller the diameter of the cane the less likely there is to be any splitting or cracking of any kind. When canes 2" or greater in diameter are put into the direct sun, especially in dry climates, the larger canes are likely to split and crack open. It is best with larger cane products to acclimate them slowly before using them outdoors and avoid prolonged direct sunlight. All fences use smaller canes and can withstand direct sunlight in any climate without problems! Splitting is not a cause for a refund or return.

Return Policy

Should you wish to return the product you purchased, you may return it at your own expense. Bamboo4Sale.com will not pay for return shipping. Before you ship your product back to us, you MUST call our office to get an RMA number. Returns without RMA numbers will be refused. The RMA number must be clearly written on the OUTSIDE of the box. All returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. If the item returned is in new condition, we will give you a store credit for your purchase price less the cost of shipping. Bamboo4Sale does not offer a money back guarantee or trial evaluation period.

Backorders

We do not process backorders. Any order for an item that is out-of-stock will be cancelled. We will let you know when the out-of-stock items are expected in and you are invited to re-order those products at that time. If your order contains both in-stock and out-of-stock items, the in-stock items will be shipped and the out-of-stock items will be removed from your order.

Shipping and Handling Rates

During the checkout process you will be asked to select a shipping method. Shipping is for continental US, there may be additional charges for shipping outside of the US.

Oversized items are the full sized 6' x 6' panels and gazebos. They must be sent by Yellow Frieght. We will ship up to 5 full panels for one flat rate. Any quantity may be added to the initial 5 panels for the same flat fee plus $50. Order consolidation may well result in a lower shipping rate than shown on your order. If this is the case we will notify you of the lower rate. If your rate seems too high, let us know, and we may be able to lower it through consolidation.

Overnight shipping is available on all but oversize items.

Quality and Specifications

Bamboo is a natural material and as a result, bamboo products vary in size and color. Plants also vary in size, number of culms and leaf density. Live plants subject to availability. Bamboo4Sale makes no specific guarantees about plant size., but generally speaking the larger the gallon, the more mature the plant will be.
